ORDER

1.   At this stage, vide her separate statement, Ms.Aditi B.Singla, JD/Accused No.2 in person, being Managing Director of JD No.1-Wedding Wish Pvt. Ltd. has stated that the matter has been settled between the parties and as per settlement, JD No.1 & 2 shall pay lump sum amount of Rs.50,000/- to the complainants/DHs in three installments towards full and final settlement of the present matter, out of which first installment of Rs.15,000/- will be paid on or before 15.05.2024, second installment of Rs.15,000/- will be paid on or before 15.07.2024 and last & final settlement of Rs.20,000/- will be paid on or before 15.08.2024, failing which the whole decretal amount alongwith interest will be paid to the complainants/DHs. Vide his separate statement, Sh.Ravi Inder Singh, Counsel for Complainants/DHs has admitted the aforesaid statement of Ms.Aditi B.Singla, JD/Accused No.2 in person, being Managing Director of JD No.1 and prayed that the execution application be disposed of in terms of aforesaid settlement with liberty to revive the same if the above said settlement is not complied by the JD No.1 & 2.

2.   In view of the statements of the parties and in terms of the settlement, the execution application stands disposed of by passing the following order:-

1. JD No.1 & 2 shall pay an amount of Rs.50,000/- to the complainants/DHs in three installments, out of which first installment of Rs.15,000/- will be paid on or before 15.05.2024, second installment of Rs.15,000/- will be paid on or before 15.07.2024 and last & final installment of Rs.20,000/- will be paid on or before 15.08.2024.
2. In case JD No.1 & 2 fails to pay the aforesaid settled amount within the stipulated period, then the whole decretal amount alongwith interest will be paid by JD No.1 & 2 to the complainants/DHs”

3.   The execution application is disposed of accordingly.

4.   Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
