Counsel for complainant and Sh. Ishaan Tyagi, Counsel for OP-2 filed compromise dated 10.02.2018 which has been attested by this Forum. Hence looking to the terms of compromise Exh-1, we therefore direct OP-2to refund the amount of Rs.7,020/- i.e. 90% of the bill amount of Rs.7,800/- to the complainant as against full & final settlement within 30 days. The complainant will return the mobile handset, accessories & bill to OP-2.

This order shall be complied with by OP-2 within a period of 30 days from the date of order and return of disputed product with accessories failing which an additional interest @ 10% per annum will be payable on whole of above amount from the date of this order till payment to the complainant. The case of the complainant is disposed of as settled. File be consigned to record room.
