The DHR herself is present. The JDRs file hazira and the DHR files two separate petitions praying to permit her to hand over the cheque as filed by the JDRs on 13.03.2015 and another petition has filed by the DHR praying to dispose of this execution case on full satisfaction and also files photocopy of Voter ID Card along with original.

The Original Voter ID Card submitted this day by the DHR is returned to her and other petitions are taken up for hearing.

Hd. both sides. Being asked by the Forum, the DHR submits that she is satisfied with the amount as mentioned in the cheque as filed by the JDRs and considered the prayer to hand over the cheque No. - 560832, dated 12.03.2015 for Rs.41,605/- (rupees Forty One Thousand Six Hundred and Five) only submitted by the JDRs on 13.03.2015 before this Forum is allowed.

In view of the above discussion there is no bar to dispose of the case on full satisfaction.

Hence, it is

ORDERED,

that the Execution Application No. 20/2014 be and the same is disposed of on full satisfaction. Accordingly hand over the cheque as mentioned above, to the DHR on proper receipt.

Let the copies of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost.
