Today is fixed for hearing petition dated 09.02.2015 and order.

The JDRs have file a petition on 09.02.2015 stating that on the same cause of action this case has filed by the complainant against final order dated 18.09.2012 in connection with CC No.07/2012 passed by this Forum, which is a bonafide mistake on the part of the DHR. As such this case will be dismissed with cost.

Today the DHR files Advocate hazira.

DHR also files a petition praying to withdraw this case, grounds mentioned in the petition that due to mistake by the Law-clerk of the Ld. Lawyer for the DHR, this case was filed, which was unintentional rather due to mistake only and the DHR is willing to withdraw this case.

Heard both sides, considering the prayer of the DHR is allowed and the DHR is permitted to withdraw her case.

Hence, it is

ORDERED,

That the case being No. EA-23/2014 be and the same is dismissed on withdrawal.

Let the true copies of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost.
