Today is fixed for further admission held. It is now 1.30pm. On repeated calls the complainant is found absent. No step has been taken by the complainant. On perusal of the record it is found that on 4-4-2018 the instant case was filed. Thereafter the forum fixed 8-5-2018 for admission herein. On that day the complainant prays for time and the forum was pleased to allow the time petition and 5-6-2018 for admission herein. On that day the complainant pray for time and the Fourm fixed today for admission herein. Today no steps have been taken by the complainant. In such circumstances the Forum has no other option but to dismiss the case.
