One letter dated 18.12.2014 is received from A. E. & Station Manager, Hemtabad Customer Care Centre. Let the same be kept with the record.

The DHR files a verified petition praying to disposed of this case on full satisfaction stating that the JDR has paid the awarded amount and has issued a bill afresh as per impugn judgment.

Heard both the sides. The DHR being asked has submitted before this Forum that the award passed in CC case No. 67/2013 has been fully satisfied.

So there is no bar to dispose of the case on full satisfaction.

Hence it is

                           Ordered  

that the EA case No.14/2014 be and the same is disposed of on full satisfaction.
