Both parties file there respective haziras

Today is fixed for passing final order in this case . Complainant filed affidavit on 29.11.16 stating the fact that he filed this case for affecting electric connection in his business premises & prayed for temporary mandatory injunction directing OP to affect electric connection. As per order of this Forum OP affected connection in that premises . Therefore , petitioner submits in affidavit that as he already got relief & there is no need to claim anything further, so,  he prays for disposal of this case giving effect of finality of the order of mandatory injunction .

Hd. both sides . Perused the petition dt. 29.11.16 , supported by affidavit .

Prayer of the petitioner is allowed.

In view of the above discussion there is no bar to dispose of the case .

Hence it is,

                                        ordered,  

That the case being No CC/41/16 is hereby disposed of accordingly.

Let copy of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost.
