Today is fixed for S/R, Appearance, W/V and W/O of injunction petition dated 21.12.2016. O.P. No.1 & 2 appeared by VOKALOTNAMA and files petition praying for time for filing W/V. Ld. Lawyers of both sides are present.

At this stage petitioner files a verified petition stating the fact that following the order of this Forum on 21.12.2016, wherein ad-interim injunction was granted against the O.Ps. directing to restore the service connection of electricity (Consumer ID No.-432113196) within one week on condition complainant to pay all the outstanding due bills. Following the order, the petitioner submits, the O.Ps. effected the electricity connection in the shop premises of petitioner. Petitioner therefore need not proceed further in this case as his purpose is served. So, he prays for withdrawal of this case on his full satisfaction.

The petition is verified, perused the petition and the case record. Heard Ld. Lawyers of both sides, the petition praying for withdrawal of this case is allowed.

Hence it is ordered,

The complaint case No.CC-81/2016 is disposed of on full satisfaction.

Let copies of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost.
