Today is fixed for hearing of the matter whether the question of jurisdiction comes under the jurisdiction of this Forum or not. The complainant is present through her Ld. Lawyer. On perusal of the record it is found that the incident took place under the jurisdiction of P.S- Kushumandi which is not within the jurisdiction of this Forum. The case has been filed that the office of the Div. Manager is situated at Raiganj, Mohanbati. On the basis of such averments made in the petition of complaint this Forum admitted this case. But actually it is found that the incident took place under the Police Station of Kushumandi though, the deceased was treated at kaliyaganj Health Centre. Actually the cause of action took place within the jurisdiction of Kushumandi P.S. As such the Forum has got no jurisdiction to try this case. Hence the complaint is returned to the filing Ld. Lawyer with direction to file the complaint in appropriate Forum. Thus the case is disposed of.
