Today is fixed for showing cause by the complainant as to why the case shall not be dismissed for default.

The O.Ps. are present through their Ld. Lawyer by filing hazira.

In compliance with the order No.06 dated 20.02.2014 the complainant has not shown any cause.

It is now 03:00 p.m. On repeated calls none appears from the side of the complainant and no steps on his behalf has been taken. The earlier orders passed in this case show that the complainant kept himself absent on the last occasion and also this day. This attitude of the complainant clearly show that he has lost his interest in this case. So, there is no alternative but to dismiss the case.

Hence, it is

ordered,

that the complaint case being No. CC-76/2013 be and the same is dismissed for default without cost.
