The complainant Barendra Kumar Baishya is present with Ld. Advocate.

Complainant files a petition praying for withdrawal of the case on the ground that the dispute has amicably been settled between them.

Complainant is examined as P.W.1 who agreed about the amicably settlement and want to withdraw the case without proceeding the same further.
