On repeated calls none appears from the side of the complainant. Cause as per order dated 11.11.2014 has not been shown by the complainant and the entire billed amount as per direction of the Forum has not been paid. The conduct of the complainant shows that he has lost his interest in respect of this case.

So, there is no alternative but to dismiss the case.

Hence it is

                           ORDERED  

that the CC No.35/2014 is dismissed for default without cost.
