Today is fixed for filing W.V. by the O.P., showing cause by the petitioner and further order.

From the side of the O.P. a petition praying for time to file W.V. is filed. Let the petition be kept in the record

In compliance with the order No.5 dated 20.02.2014 the complainant has not shown any cause.

It is now 03:00 p.m. On repeated calls none appears from the side of the complainant and no step on his behalf has been taken. The earlier orders passed in this case show that the complainant kept himself absent on the last two occasions and also this day. This attitude of the complainant clearly shows that he has lost his interest in this case. So, there is no alternative but to dismiss the case.

Hence, it is

ordered,

that the complaint case being No. CC-06/2014 be and the same is dismissed for default without cost.
