ORDER

The O.P files hazira.

One samirun Bibi files a petition for substituting her and her son Chand Md. in place of her deceased husband.

The petition be treated as M.A Case No. 77/2018.

Heard both sides.

We find form the Affidavit submitted by Samirun Bibi that her husband Baitul Sk. had died on 25/01/2018 living behind her and her son Chand Md.

So the petition is to be allowed to substitute the petitioner and her son in place deased husband.

Hence,

            Ordered,

                        that the application dated 25/07/2018 filed by the Complainant Samirun Bibi for substituting her and her son Chand Md. in place of her deceased husband Baitul Sk. i.e. M.A Case No. 77/2018 is allowed no cost.

Thus MA Case No. 77/2018 late the Complainant be amended.

The M.A is disposed of the Complainant are directed file amended complainant on 10/09/2018.
