Today is fixed for filing S/R appearance and W/V by the Op.

            Complainant files hazira and files a petition and stating that the dispute has been settled between the parties out of the forum.

            Heard Ld. Advocate of the complainant and complainant is also examined on dock.

            The complainant is not willing to proceed the case and he has no grievance against the OP side.

            We find that the parties have amicably settled the case and terms of settlement are valid, legal and excepted.

            We find no impediment to allow the prayer.

            Hence

                        Ordered,

                                    that the CC case No. 101/2019 be and the same is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs. Accordingly disposed of.

            Copy of this order be supplied free of cost.
