 Arguments heard. The query raised by this Forum is how the complaint is maintainable as the complainant has booked some commercial space with the OP. Counsel for complainant argued that this booking was for self-use and as such petition is maintainable. When confronted on the aspect as to whether the complaint falls within the exception with respect to the user of the said shop i.e. for self-purpose he further submitted that he has not pleaded so in the entire pleadings and further submitted that he be given permission to withdraw this matter as there is some technical defect with respect to pleadings.

I Heard and request is allowed.

The complaint is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty to file the same if any.
