     In view of the statement made by complainant on 21.07.2023, the matter has been settled between the parties and his grievance in the present consumer complaint has been redressed to his satisfaction and he does not want to proceed with the present consumer complaint further. In view of the statement of the complainant, the present consumer complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
