Perusal of the record shows that Complainant lastly appeared in this case on 05.05.2022 thereafter he was consistently in default of appearance before this Commission from the last more than 1 year including today in fact neither he appeared nor received the summons to be issued to the OP. It seems that complainant is not interesting in contesting the matter. Hence matter is dismissed in default for non-appearance, non-prosecution.
