An associate Ms. Shruti Joshi of senior counsel Sh. S.M. Joshi for the appellant has appeared.

A perusal of the order sheet dated 14.10.2022 has revealed that an application by both the parties was moved stating that both the parties have arrived at a compromise out of the Commission, whereby the respondent has accepted the amount of Rs. 35,000/- (Rupees Thirty Five Thousand only) in full and final settlement. Hence, the appeal be decided in terms of compromise.

We have perused the application (paper No. 35) which is duly signed and accepted by both the parties.

The compromise is hereby accepted. The appeal is decided in terms of compromise accordingly.

The compromise shall form part of the decree. No order as to costs.

Statutory amount deposited by the appellant be released in favour of the appellant.

File be consigned to the record room alongwith copy of this order.

A copy of this order alongwith original file be sent to the District Commission concerned for perusal / necessary action and for keeping it in record of the original case.
