The complainant is absent without taking any step. Without filing any Vokalotnama, one Ld. Advocate files hazira on behalf of the O.P. but none appears from the side of the O.P. when the case is taken up.

On repeated calls none appears from the side of the complainant. Cause as per order No.2 dated 27.03.2015 has not been shown by the complainant and record shows that the complainant has absent last two days including this day without any intimation. The conduct of the complainant shows that he has lost his interest in this case.

So, there is no alternative but to dismiss the case.

Hence, it is

ORDERED,

That the case being No.CC-06/2015 be and the same is dismissed for default without cost.

Copies of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost.
