The complainant files hazira. The O.P. appears through his Ld. Advocate and files Vokalotnama along with a petition praying for time to file W.V. Let the same be kept with the record.

On call the complainant files a petition praying to permit him to withdraw the case, stating that the matter has been settled between him and the O.P. out of court.

Copy served. No objection is raised.

The ground mentioned in the petition is sufficient and accordingly there is no bar to permit the complainant to withdraw the case.

Fees paid is correct.

That the petition dated 29.01.2015 filed by the complainant is allowed. Accordingly the complainant is permitted to withdraw the case.
