Today is fixed for showing cause by the complainant.

O.P. No.1 & 2 files hazira through their lawyer.

It is now 4:00 p.m.

On repeated calls, complainant neither found present nor any attendance is filed in favour of him.

Cause as per order No. 15 dated 15.02.2016 has not been shown by the complainant and record shows that the complainant has absent on previous day without any intimation. The conduct of the complainant shows that he has lost his interest in this case. So, there is no alternative but to dismiss the case.

Hence it is

                           Ordered  

that the case being No.CC-33/2015 be and the same is dismissed for default without cost.

Copies of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost.
