Record is put up today on petition filed by the complainant.

The complainant by filing a verified withdrawal petition has prayed for withdraw this case. He has stated in that withdrawal petition that the dispute arose between the parties had already been settled outside this Forum. So, the complainant is not interested to proceed with this case further. As such he is filing the above petition pray to withdraw his case.

Heard, considered, the ground mentioned in the petition is sufficient.

that the petition for withdraw this case, filed this day is allowed and accordingly the complainant is permitted to withdraw his case.
