This is a case U/s 12 of the C.P. Act, 1986. Today is fixed for hearing on the point of admission. The complainant files hazira. The case is taken up for hearing on the point of admission of it. Heard Ld. Advocate for the complainant. We carefully peruse the contains of the complaint petition and the documents filed on behalf of the complainant. On scrutiny it appears that the cause of action of this case arose long before two years as stipulated by law. So, the case is barred by limitation and as such the question of admission of this case does not arise. Hence, it is

that the C.C. No.133/2015 is dismissed without cost. Let the plain copy of this order be supplied to the complainant free of cost.
