The petition dated 27/10/16 filed by the complainant is taken up for passing necessary order.

            On repeated calls none appear on behalf of complainant.

            Perused the instant petition. In the said petitioner/Animesh Chandra Kundu has prayed for withdraw the instant complaint and for passing necessary order. The signature of the complainant has been identified by Ld.Agent of complainant Mr.Tarit Kr.Sarker. The complainant also absent on repeated calls.

            Record reflects that complainant’s electricity bills which were issued by O.P arbitrally as alleged have been taken steps by O.P to cancel it.

            Therefore, on considering the instant petition of the complainant and on considering the facts & circumstances we are in view, that the same be disposed of without any further delay as and when the complainant himself does not like to proceed the case further. Hence, the petition of complainant dated 27/10/16 is considered and allowed. Accordingly, the case is hereby dismissed for nonprosecution.
