The O.P. No.1 files hazira. No step taken on behalf of the complainant. It is now 04:10 P.M. On repeated calls none appears from the side of the complainant. Cause as per orders, being Nos. 08 & 09, dated 18.12.2015 & 13.01.2016 respectively, have not been shown by the complainant. Record shows that since last three occasions including this day the complainant is absent. This attitude of the complainant shows that he has lost his interest in this case. So, there is no alternative but to dismiss the case.

Fees paid is correct.

Hence it is

                           Ordered  

that the case, CC-51/2015 is dismissed for default without cost.

Copies of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost.
