The complainant files a verified petition praying to dispose of the case for non-prosecution stating that the dispute involved in this case has been settled in between her and the O.Ps. out of this Forum. Copy of the petition has been served upon the O.Ps. From the side of the O.Ps. no objection has been raised. Considered. There is no bar to allow the petition filed by the complainant.
