Today the complainant by filing a verified petition has stated that his grievance has already been redressed by the Ops amicably out of Forum, hence he is not inclined to proceed with this complaint. On careful perusal of the said petition, in our view that as the complainant appearing today before this ld. Forum personally has filed this verified petition and prays for dispose of the complaint on the ground of non-prosecution, as his grievance has been settled by the Ops amicably out of this ld. Forum. Hence, in view of the said verified petition the C.C. No. 57/2016 be dismissed. Accordingly, it is

that the Consumer Complaint being No. 57/2016 is hereby dismissed on the ground of non-prosecution.
