The complainant and the O.Ps. file their respective haziras. The complainant personally appears today and files a verified withdrawal petition praying for withdrawal this case. He stated in the petition that the dispute arose between the parties had already been settled outside this Forum. So, he is not interested to proceed with this case further. As such the complainant by filing the above petition has prayed to withdraw the case.

Heard from the both sides, considered, the ground mentioned in the petition is sufficient.

Hence it is

ORDERED

that the petition for withdrawal this case, filed this day is allowed and accordingly the complainant is permitted to withdraw this case.
