 The complainant Khosh Mahammad Sarkar and his Ld. Advocate are present. The O.P Shri. Chandan Thakur AE and Station Manager of W.B.S.E.D.C.L is present on behalf of O.P.Nos-1 & 2. The Ld. Advocate for the O.Ps. are also present.

Heard both sides including their Ld. Advocates.

Both the parties are agreed to settle the dispute amicably in between them to the effect that the complainant would pay the amount for 200 unit out of 2750 unit for the period up to 29.10.2017 as per rate of charges per unit according to slab of the electricity of W.B.S.E.D.C.L and during pendency of the case the deposited of Rs.13875/- by the complainant would be adjusted with the subsequent bills prepared by the W.B.S.E.D.C.L.

Hence,

Ordered

That this C.C-7/19 be and the same is disposed of on compromise in between the parties. The complainant is directed to pay the amount for the unit of 200 at the rate of charges according to slab of the W.B.S.E.D.C.L and the O.P W.B.S.E.D.C.L will prepare the said bill for payment by the complainant. The amount of Rs.13875/- already deposited by the complainant as above be adjusted with the subsequent bills. The O.P W.B.S.E.D.C.L is directed to make re connection of the service connection of the complainant immediately. Both the parties are directed to comply with the order.
