The Complainant files hazira. The petition dated 26/03/2019 filed by the complaint for extension of interim order is taken up for passing order treating the M.A as 40/2019.

We find that application for extension of interim order was duly filed by the complainant on 26/03/2019.

We further find that the OP appears today and prays for time for filing W/V and V/nama.

Considered.

The prayer is allowed.

So, there is nothing new and we do not find any impediment to allow the petition.

                                    that the petition dated 26/03/2019 filed by the complainant for extension of interim order i.e. MA Case No. 40/2019 is allowed.

Let interim order be extended from 26/03/2019 to till date i.e. 27/05/2019.

Thus the MA is disposed of accordingly.

Copy of the order be supplied to the parties free of cost.
