            We find prima facie case. Issue notice.

            The application dated 28/09/2018 filed by the Complainant against the O.P W.B.S.E.D.C.L for passing interim order under section 13 (3B)CP Act 1986 is taken up for hearing treating the same as M.A Case No. 123/2018.

            Perused the Complaint, interim application and document. Heard Ld. Advocate/agent of Complainant.

            We find that interim matter is to be heard in presence of both parties.

            Accordingly let a notice of show cause be issued directing to the OP/WBSEDCL to file show cause by 01/11/2018 as to why interim order shall not be passed.

            Fix. 01/11/2018 for hearing interim petition.
