Order-The respondent do deliver the registration papers to the complainant forthwith and pay the amount of Rs.3486/- only alongwith the interest at the rate of 18/- p.a. from the date of this order till the amount is fully paid.  the respondant is entiled to adjust the amount of Rs.725/- from the above. the respondent further to pay Rs.500/- as cost of this litigation.
