  3. Fossil India Private Limited through Authorize Authority Address:- 2nd Floor, Level 3, Unit No. 301 of Property No. 8,9, 10,11,12,13 and 14, Prestige Nebula I & II, Cubbon Roa, Bengaluru, Karnataka.

Heard. In view of the statement of complainant, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. Copy of this order be sent to both the parties, as per rule. File be consigned to record after due compliance.
