3. Fossil India Private Limited through Authorize Authority Address:- 2^nd Floor, Level 3, Unit No. 301 of Property No. 8,9, 10,11,12,13 and 14, Prestige Nebula I & II, Cubbon Roa, Bengaluru, Karnataka.

                    At this stage, complainant-Nishant son of Sh. Kuldeep Madan appeared along with his counsel and made a statement that he does not want to proceed with the case further and withdraw the same being fully satisfied.

Heard. In view of the statement of complainant, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. Copy of this order be sent to both the parties, as per rule. File be consigned to record after due compliance.
