Dt.24.02.22.                 Today has been fixed for order. Accordingly record is taken up for order. President is present through online hearing.

This Bench has heard the submissions of the Ld. Counsel of the complainant.

The complainant has filed a petition by affidavit to withdraw this consumer complaint on the ground that matter has been amicably settled in between the parties and complainant is no longer desirous to proceed with the complaint against OPs.

Complainant has also filed a Xerox copy of intimation showing that settlement has been approved at amount of Rs. 25,000/- and money will be paid after withdrawal of this complaint.   

This bench is of the view that when dispute has been settled and complainant likes to withdraw this complaint under above circumstances then his prayer should be allowed.

Hence, petition filed by complainant is allowed. This Consumer complaint stand dismissed as withdrawn.
