                   Sh.Prabhjot Pal Singh, Adv. for respondent.

 

                   Sh.Prabhjot Pal Singh, Adv. respondent has suffered a statement that respondent company will deposit the payment of Rs.7775/- (Rs.24,775/- as compensation, less in auction Rs.17,000/-) plus 9% interest plus Rs.1,106/- plus cost Rs.2000/- total Rs.10,881/- within 30 days from today. In view of statement suffered by respondent, the present execution application stands adjourned sine die for the time being. However, respondent is directed to comply with the order, as per the statement suffered by their counsel today. However, applicant is at liberty to get it revived, in case the order is not complied with by the respondent, as per the statement suffered by Ld. counsel for respondent today. File be consigned to record room.
