ORDER

The complaint is allowed. The first and third ops are jointly and severally pay Rs.8,150/- for scrapping the 4 materials of complainant within 30 days from the date of this order, failing which they shall pay interest at 9% p.a. from the date of this order till the date of payment. Complaint is directed to return the scrapped 4 materials to the O.P.s after payment. The first and third ops are jointly and severally pay Rs.1,000/- towards mental agony to the complainant within 30 days from the date of this order, failing which they shall pay interest at 9% p.a. from the date of this order till the date of payment. Give a copy of this order to both the parties according to Rules.
