Shamsher Sharma versus VPS Motors

Present: Shri Ashok Kumar, Advocate for the complainant.

             Sh. Arun Gaba, Accountant to VPS motors represented by

             Sh. Gaurav Gupta, Adv. For the Ops.

 

 

            Shri Arun Gaba, Accountant to VPS Motors appeared in person and made a statement to the effect that the Ops will repair the engine of car bearing Registration No.HR-41F-1367 of the complainant without any charges will give warranty for one year or 20,000 kilometers. The learned counsel for the complainant has also made a statement to the effect that he heard and understand the above statement. He does not want to pursue the present complaint and withdraws the same.

             In view of the above statements, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn, being compromised. It is made clear that both the parties shall remain bound by their own statements. Copy of this order be sent to the parties concerned,free of costs, as per rules. File be indexed and consigned to record room.
