| Final Order / Judgement | Order No.21 Date: 24.09.2024 The case is taken up for writing judgment. At the time of writing judgment, on a close scrutiny of the materials on records, it appears that since 12.09.2022 the complainant is found absent on the date of hearing of this case. From the order dated 12.09.2022, it is revealed that the Ld. conducting Advocate of the complainant was submitted before this commission that his client i.e. the complainant of this case was instructed him not to take any step in this case. So, considering the circumstances as well as the conduct of the complainant of this case, this commission is of view that the complainant is /was not interested to proceed with this case. Under such circumstances, it is held by this commission that it would be infractuous to pass any contesting judgment over the subject matter. Hence, in view of discussion made above, the case is dismissed for non prosecution. | |
