ORDER

Case was taken up in Lok Adalat.  The case has been settled.  Counsel for OP-1, Ms. Surbhi Tandon has been authorised to settle the complaint with the complainant and have agreed to replace the airconditioner in question with a new one with the same standard model, one year warranty, five year compressor warranty alongwith free installation and compensation of Rs. 5,000/- through Demand Draft, as full and final settlement  within a period of 10 days.  Since, the matter has been settled between the parties, the complaint stands satisfied.
