ORDER

Case was taken up in Lok Adalat.  The case has been settled.           Shri Gaurav Sharma, AR for OP have settled the complaint with the complainant and have agreed to pay an amount of Rs. 31,000/-, as full and final settlement.  The company will pay the said amount within a period of 30 days from the date of order.  Since, the matter has been settled between the parties, the complaint stands satisfied.
