Sh.Sanjeev Arora, counsel for the opposite parties No.1 & 3 got recorded his statement that opposite party will replace inner unit of the AC in question with new one with same or equivalent model subject to the return of the old one inner unit and also to repair the outer unit if there is any defect in it and if that defect is irreparable one, then same will also be replaced with new one with same or equivalent model subject to the return of old one within one month from today. In view of the above statement, Sh.Deepinder Singh,Adv.counsel for the complainant has withdrawn the present complaint. Resultantly, present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. File is ordered to be consigned to the record room.
