ORDER

     Sh.Gautam Pathania, Advocate, has filed statement of Ratti Ram(complainant) in accordance with which he is authorized to withdraw the complaint. The complainant and OP No.1 have settled the matter before the Lok Adalat. Statement of Sh.Aman Panchkaran, Area Service Manager of OP No.1 has been recorded. Statement of Sh.Gautam Pathania, Counsel for Complainant has also been recorded, in view of which the complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. The parties shall be bound by the statements made before the Lok Adalat and the same shall be deemed to be a part of this order.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
