          Memo of appearance on behalf of JD filed. Statement of the parties recorded and applicant/decree-holder has accepted the cheque No.029817 dated 07.06.2024 amounting of Rs.25,000/- from the JD and prayed for withdrawing the present execution as fully satisfied. Copy of cheque No.029817 dated 07.06.2024  also placed on record.

          In view of the statement given by decree-holder, the present execution application is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. Decree-holder is identified by his counsel.
