ORDER

                   Sh. Aman Panchkaran, Area Service Manager, office of OPs has made the following statement, recorded separately: -

                   “The OPs 1 & 2 offer to pay a sum of Rs.2,000/- to the complainant within 15 days from today in full and final settlement of the dispute”. 

                   Sh. Saurabh Gulia, counsel for the complainant has made the following statement, recorded separately: -

                   “I accept the offer.   I withdraw this complaint”.

                   In view of the above, it is ordered that the OPs 1 & 2 shall pay a sum of Rs.2000/- to the complainant within 15 days from the receipt of the certified copy of this order, failing which the OPs 1 & 2 shall pay the same amount alongwith interest @18% p.a. from the date of this order till the payment is made. ­Hence, the complaint is disposed of accordingly.        

                   Certified copy of this order be communicated to the parties free of cost. After compliance file be consigned.
