The complainant in person is present today and filed hazira and submitted that he has filed an application on 09.12.2024 praying to close the case against the Opposite Party as he has received Rs.39,690/- vide cheque No. 112598 dated 29.11.2024 and credited his Bank account. Sri Anil Kumar Kedia, Advocate for O.P. sent an application by Regd. Post praying to close the case as per the agreed terms and conditions, the complainant has already received the costs of his air conditioner of Rs.37,990/- along with installation charges of Rs.1700/-, totaling to Rs.37,990/- vide cheque No.112598 dated 29.11.2024. The complainant filed settlement letter and he do not want to persue the aforesaid consumer case anymore and he has no other grievance before this Hon’ble Commission. The complainant has also filed his Pan card No. AAVPN1923A. Heard the settlement memo and allowed it.
In the result the Commission closed the case.
The case of the complainant is disposed of accordingly.
