Vide order sheet dated 31.08.2022 complainant was directed to file one e-mail dated 11.09.2014 which was sent by OP-1 & 2. Counsel for OP -1 & 2 show their inability to file the same e-mail without which we are unable to decide the matter. Therefore, the complaint is dismissed in default for willful non-appearance & non-compliance in light of the detailed observation.. File be consigned to record room.
