Sh. Dev Raj, Member of this Commission is on leave for today and the post of lady Member is lying vacant.

                   The complainant has submitted that he be permitted to withdraw the complaint, with liberty to file the same before the District Forum, by making necessary amendments therein. The prayer is allowed.

                   In view of the statement of the complainant, the complaint is dismissed as withdrawn, with no order as to costs, with liberty, as aforesaid.

                   Certified copy of the order be sent to each of the parties, free of charge.
