     Vide her separate statement recorded on 12.02.2024, Ms.Sunita Devi Spehia, Counsel for Complainant has stated that the matter has been compromised between the parties and as per compromise, OPs have exchanged the vehicle in question to the satisfaction of complainant and hence under the instructions of complainant, she withdraw the present consumer complaint being fully satisfied. In view of the statement made by the counsel for complainant, the present consumer complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied.
