A withdrawal petition has been filed by a complainant which is moved today . Lawyer of the complainant submitted that opposite party has compromised the case & ventillated  the grievance of complainant outside the court ,So complainant is not willing to proceed further in this case . So the complainant may be allow to withdrawthis case . 

                                On full satisfaction of complainant he is allowed to withdraw his complainant petition . Accordergly the with drawal petition is accepted & the case is dispossed off on full satisfaction on the bases of compromisi outside the court . Keep the record in the record room .
